Limestone County Fairgrounds is owned and operated by Limestone County, Texas.  Our contract lease prices are very competitive which benefit the many activities which do not fit the larger facilities.  We are located in the heart of North Central Texas, just 40 miles east of Waco with easy access to major highways.  We invite you to come and visit our facility and enjoy the hospitality.

The Fairgrounds is located off Hwy 14 just 1 mile on FM 1245E in Groesbeck, TX.
